WORKBOOK 1

WORKBOOK 2

Sports Health Check Level 1 and Level 2 programs have been developed to introduce an easy step by step process to help participants understand basic health and fitness. Over each 12-week period, participants learn about their body and the effects of fitness and nutrition on physical and mental well-being.

The level 1 and 2 workbooks have been designed to be an interactive experience for participants with the Sports Health Check (SHC) trainer. All of the information in the workbooks will be related back to participants in a practical way to increase learning potential and to ensure those with numeracy and literacy problems will not be excluded.

A training diary is supplied to participants to log their progress on a daily basis.  This helps them to start to make healthy lifestyle choices and facilitate healthy behavioural changes for the future.

APA are also involved in the delivery of the Workbook 1 and 2 in the Juvenile facilities.
